WHAT IS "THE TRUTH PROJECT "?

The "Truth Project" is a Biblical World View Study constructed to reverse the effects of the world, the flesh and the Devil on Christians.  A Barna study recently stated only 9% of professing Christians believe and therefore act  any differently than the rest of the world; in other words, 91% of Christians are no longer salt + light.  The "Truth Project" is a dynamic 13 session DVD series from "Focus on the Family" that occurs in a small group home environment.  Through viewing the DVD's and group discussion, the participants learn to look at life from a Biblical perspective.  They will see the relevance and importance of living the Christian World View in daily life as science, philosophy, mathematics, cultural design and common sense all agree there must be a God!

How Do I Get Involved ?

When Do We Start ?

The Truth Project starts with a combined group meeting in the fellowship hall on Thursday, February 7th from 7:30pm till 9:00pm.  Group leaders and members will meet to answer questions, go over general information and view the introductory DVD.  The next meeting will occur in in group leader's homes at their specified date and time, posted on the leaders sign up sheet.  There are 13 more DVD's to watch and discuss.  If your group covers 3 sessions every 4 weeks, your group could be done by the first week of June.  All groups are requested to be done by September 2008 when Phase III starts.
